Cancellation Policy

The photographer shall not be held liable for any harm, injury, or damages that may result from the services provided, including but not limited to physical, emotional, or financial harm. a. All fees still apply if the client fails to contact the photographer within reasonable time to attend the birth. b. The Client is responsible for notifying the photographer as soon as possible when she goes into labor. The photographer will make every effort to attend the birth, but timely notification is necessary to ensure her availability. c. The Client is responsible for notifying the photographer in the event that she decides to change her birthing location or medical care provider. This includes notifying the photographer of any changes to the planned place of birth, such as a change of hospital or birth center. d. The Client is responsible for informing the photographer of any concerns or questions that she may have regarding the photographer's services in a timely manner. e. The Client is responsible for ensuring that the photographer has access to the birth location, including any necessary parking arrangements or security clearances.
